10 days Casablanca to Marrakech Morocco desert trip

Day 01: arrive in Casablanca- overnight in Hotel/Riad:

After you land in Morocco we will be waiting for you to take you in a nice private morocco tour in your lifetime, we arrange everything in advance and our services must be at your satisfaction.

Meet you in the airport in Casablanca & take you directly to your Hotel/Riad where you will spend over night & relax after your flight to get ready for the next days.


Day 02: Casablanca guided tour- Rabat:

After the breakfast, our driver will pick you up from the hotel to start the exploration of Casablanca. Casablanca is the 1st largest city in Morocco, it is the economic and financial capital over the country. We will ensure on visiting the most important historical and cultural sites. We will visit Hassan II mosque (the 1 open for Non-Muslims), Rick’s café for photos, a walk along the beach of Casablanca, Cathedral Notre Dame De Lourdes…After all this, we continue our journey to Rabat where to visit more sites such as Oudaya Kasbah, Hassan Tower & Mohamed V Mausoleum. Day 03: Rabat- Meknes- Volubilis- Fez:

As you finish your breakfast, our driver will meet you at the lobby and get ready to leave Rabat for Fez. Today will take us through another imperial city “Meknes”, and Roman ruins “Volubilis”. In Meknes, we will visit Bab Mansour gateway, a water basin and a horse stable.  Later on, 45 km North-east is “Volubilis”, which is UNESCO  world heritage where we will have a visit and learn about its historical mosaics secrets. This site was built during the 3rd century BC by Berber dynasty before the Roman occupation. A local guide here is suggested for a better understand of the site. Afterwards, we continue to Fez for overnight.


Day 04: Fez guided Tour:

After breakfast in your Riad, our local guide will meet you at the reception to start exploring the oldest city in Morocco, walking in its alleys and small streets. You will visit the most historical monuments in the medina: The Royal Palace gate, the Jewish headquarter (the first Mellah ever built in Morocco). We will ensure that you visit all sites with cultural and historical interests including the famous Al Qaraouine University; the oldest in the region (if not in the universe), the Tanneries… After lunch, you will visit the tiles cooperative and then experience a wonderful panoramic view over the whole Medina of Fes. Back to the hotel.


Day 05: Fez- Ifran- Midelt-  ziz valley- Merzouga:

After you have your breakfast, we pick you up driving south-east direction to Sahara Desert. Our drive will take us crossing Middle Atlas Mountains via Morocco’s Swiss town “Ifran” where we will have a coffe pause. Subsequently, we continue our journey by Cedar Forest where frequently find Barbary macaques. We continue to drive along villages all the way to Midelt where to have lunch before we cross High Atlas Mountains to Ziz Valley where we stop for panoramic view of the valley; to contemplate the contrast and the beauty of colors. Afterwards, we head off to Merzouga across Erfoud. Arrive to the hotel. Overnight at a hotel in Merzouga.


Day 06: Sahara area and camel trekking trip:

Today will be spent all around desert area. Time for camel trek and spend overnight in desert camp. After having breakfast, we pick you up from hotel to start our desert adventure. You will have a unique opportunity to visit the Gnaoua village “black people” originated from Mali, Niger, Burkinafasso… They will play music with their authentic instruments. After spending a worthy moment with Gnaoua, we drive around sahara discovering what are its secrets, how people live, nomads (we will have a cup of tea with a nomad family)… Afterwards, we go back to hotel for a camel trekking desert adventure through sand dunes. Camel trek takes about 1:30min to get to desert camp. Sleep under tents.


Day 07: Merzouga- Todra Gorges- Dades Valley:

You wake you up early to join and enjoy magnificent sunrise on dunes. This probably might be one of the coolest sunrises ever in your life. So, this would be a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the desert. After doing so, we take you to the hotel on 4×4 to leave the desert and continue the trip to Dades. Our journey will take us via Rissani where to visit the oldest market in the region. Then, we move on to Todra Gorges which attracts lots of tourists over the year. After doing so, we continue to Dades for overnight.


Day 08: Dades Valley- Ouarzazate- Ait Benhadou Kasbah- Marrakech:

We leave Dades Valley passing across Kalaat M’gouna and Ouarzazate. Within the road, we will see numerous abandoned Kasbahs were dwelt by large or famous families in the past. Rose Valley is a stop that we stop in too. We continue our way through Ouarzazate “African Hollywood”. Hence, we continue towards the famous Ait Ben Haddou kasbah, the well preserved Kasbah in Morocco, and the favorite chosen spot for universal movie makers. After lunch, we wander this UNESCO World Heritage, and then we continue our trip via the panoramic view of Tizi nTichka pass to get into Marrakech.


Day 09: Marrakech guided sightseeing:

After breakfast in riad, the official guide of the medina will meet you at the lobby and start your journey sightseeing of Marrakech “the red city of Morocco”. Marrakesh was founded during the XII century by Almoravidian dynasty. We will ensure on visiting the most important sites with historical and cultural importance. You will have great chance to visit Saadiyin Tombs, Koutoubia mosque (externe). Moreover, our guide will lead you to see Bahia Palace, The covered market of the Medina “Bazzar”, and then you go to join the famous square “Jamaa El Fna” of the medina where you will see and discover the fascinating serpent’s magician, “funny seminars” where some professional or humorous people tell fabulous and nice jokes, riddles… after lunch, we take you back to your hotel or leave you in the square. Free time yourselves.


Day 10: Transfer to airport in Marrakech:

According to what time your flight is, we pick you up from hotel to the airport. End of our services.
