4 days Fes desert trip to Marrakech

Day 01:  Fez- Azrou- Midelt- Merzouga- (night in hotel):

We pick you up from the place where you are in (hotel/riad/train station/bus station…), and drive to the Desert via Ifran and Cedar forest. Our first stop will be in Ifran for a coffee, and then we go ahead through Cedar Forest for another stop of monkeys. Later on, we continue our trip along villages passing by Zaida, Midelt and High Atlas Mountains to arrive to Ziz valley where to enjoy a great panoramic view of a green oasis. Aftrewards, we make it to Desert and check for our hotel where to spend overnight.


Day 02: Jeep Sahara Desert sightseeing:

After having breakfast, you have free day around, you will have a unique opportunity to visit the Gnaoua village “black people” originated from Mali, Niger… They will play music with their authentic instruments. After spending a worthy moment with Gnaoua, we drive around sahara discovering what are its secrets, how people live, nomads… Afterwards, we go back to hotel for a camel trekking desert adventure through sand dunes. Camel trek takes about 1h: 30min to get to desert camp. Sleep under tents.


Day 03: Merzouga- Todra Gorges- Dades Valley:

You wake you up early to join and enjoy magnificent sunrise on dunes. This probably might be one of the coolest sunrises ever in your life. So, this would be a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the desert. After doing so, we take you to the hotel on 4×4 to leave the desert and continue the trip to Dades. Our journey will take us via Rissani where to visit the oldest market in the region. Then, we move on to Todra Gorges which attracts lots of tourists over the year. After doing so, we continue to Dades for overnight.


Day 04: Dades Valley- Ouarzazate- Ait Benhadou Kasbah- Marrakech:

We leave Dades Valley passing across Kalaat M’gouna and Ouarzazate. Within the road, we will see numerous abandoned Kasbahs were dwelt by large or famous families in the past. Rose Valley is a stop that we stop in too. We continue our way through Ouarzazate “African Hollywood”. Hence, we continue towards the famous Ait Ben Haddou kasbah, the well preserved Kasbah in Morocco, and the favorite chosen spot for universal movie makers. After lunch, we wander this UNESCO World Heritage, and then we continue our trip via the panoramic view of Tizi nTichka pass to get into Marrakech.
